• Organize beginner sports programs for kid's ages five (5) and six (6) that reward each for regular season participation. No scores will be kept at the beginner sports level and no post season play will be offered.
  
  
• Implement written rules of the games, policies and procedures that is available to all participants and their parents.
  
  
• Emphasize and closely monitor the playing time of each player with a penalty system for those who do not follow the rules.
  
  
• Evaluate each program on an annual basis to ensure that ample opportunity is being given to all participants and to continually improve the programs.
  
  
• Not only allowing, but encouraging children with physical or mental disabilities to be an equal participant in the youth sports program.
  
  
• Working with local schools to make our programs a true feeder system to the scholastic level of play.
