Sumter County Parks and Recreation Department Online Manual - Program Refund Policy

If a program is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, the SCPRD will issue a full refund to all registered individuals.

If a refund is requested, prior to a uniform being ordered, the individual requesting the refund shall be granted a full refund, minus a $5.00 administrative processing fee.

Once a uniform is ordered, NO REFUND SHALL BE GRANTED! The individual that is requesting the refund will be given the uniform that was ordered for them.
